Description
The Monarch of Menace – Batman is depressed. Some time ago, before he started working with Robin, he was beaten by the Monarch of Menace. The Monarch has since retired, never having paid for his sins. Can Batman and Robin lure the Monarch out of retirement and finally send him to prison for his acts? “Green Lantern’s Blackout” – The Elongated Man is visiting Coast City, looking for a good mystery to solve. Thomas “Pieface” Kalmaku arrives with one: his friend, the Green Lantern, is suffering from amnesia and a warped sense of time. The Elongated Man quickly agrees to help out.
