Shipping Policy

We only offer shipping to the United States; we do not currently offer an international shipping option.

We offer free shipping to all orders $50+. All other orders have a $7.49 flat rate shipping charge.

After your order has been processed, please allow 2 business days handling time. You will then be updated with tracking information.

We also allow for free local pickup at our physical store locations. After your order has been processed, please allow the appropriate amount of time based on the location that you selected. You will then be notified that your order is ready to be picked up at your selected location. Let any of our team members know that you are picking up an online order and they will be able to assist you.

The handling time for local pickup is as follows:

Return Policy

We guarantee that your item will arrive as described. If you encounter any issues with your order please contact us within 7 days.

Returns are accepted on new merchandise within 30 days of receipt. The sale of all other merchandise is final.

The following applies to all returns:

  • The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unopened.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is defective or arrives damaged please contact us and we will arrange shipping at our cost.
  • We recommend that you insure and track your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for a returned item that we do not receive.

Pre-Order Policy

Customers may cancel their preorders within 48 hours of placing the order. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us. Cancellations requested after the 48-hour window may not be accepted. Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have already been shipped.
