Type: Full time / non-management to start, though there is an opportunity for advancement in the first sixty to ninety days dependent upon the candidate

Core Responsibilities:
As a full-time float between the Lehigh Valley and Palmer Park Malls, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our store. There is an opportunity for advancement to keyholder for the right candidate in sixty to ninety days. Reporting directly to the Location Manager(s), you will be responsible for:
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit an eye for detail, ensuring that the store’s presentation aligns with our standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both Team Members and customers.
- Policy Adherence: Read, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Learning: Being open and receptive to learning the company’s policy and procedure
