Position: Keyholder – Full time
Location: Stroud Mall, Stroudsburg, PA
Starting: Quarter 1 2025
Reporting to: Store Manager
Starting Pay: $15 per hour, with an increase to $16 once keys are achieved
Core Responsibilities:
As a Full Time Keyholder, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our store. The role would begin as a full time team member, with the expectation of moving to a keyholder position within 90 days. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and assisting with product/service information.
- General tasking duties as assigned by the management team.
- Learning: Being open and receptive to learning the company’s policy and procedure
- Once keys are achieved, acting as the manager on duty on shifts where the store manager is not present
Qualifications:
- Open and receptive to coaching and feedback
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
