Description
Investigating a bad batch of heroin leads Batman to Chinatown, where he finds Ekin Tzu preparing to attack the Lucky Hand Triad… the very criminal organization of which he was once Dai-Lo. But Whisper A’Daire’s poison has not only transformed his body, it has broken his mind. Batman intervenes to save the gangsters, but warns them that he’ll be back, once he’s finished with Tzu.
