Position: Comics Team Member
Location: Allentown Warehouse / Some travel
Type: Full time / Part time
Reporting to: Comics Team Lead
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Beginning: Q4 2025
Core Responsibilities:
As a member of the comics team, you will be reporting directly to the comics lead. You will be responsible for:
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit an eye for detail as well as the ability to follow instructions and ask for clarification when necessary
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with the Warehouse Manager, as well as the Comics Lead.
- Policy Adherence: Read, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Learning: Being open and receptive to learning the company’s policy and procedure
- Inventory management at our storefront locations,
- Inventory management for convention stock,
- Processing new products as they arrive to the warehouse,
- Conditioning and handling of comic books from all eras,
- Highlighting products and communicating with customers via Discord and other social media
Qualifications:
- Open and receptive to coaching and feedback
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
