4. Pre-Orders and Release Dates
Certain products may be offered for pre-order prior to release.
Pre-orders are subject to manufacturer allocation, distributor supply, and availability. We do not guarantee fulfillment of all pre-orders.
Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to allocation limits or supply issues, customers will be notified and refunded.
We reserve the right to limit quantities on pre-orders.
5. In-Store Pickup
Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected within 7 days of notification unless otherwise stated.
Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Valid identification and order confirmation may be required at pickup.
6. Games Workshop Wishlist
Cloud City Games may offer a Games Workshop Wishlist that allows customers to submit interest in specific products prior to our placing orders with the manufacturer.
Submission of a product through the GW Wishlist:Does not constitute a reservation.
- Does not guarantee that we will order the product.
- Does not guarantee product availability.
- Does not create a binding purchase agreement.
The GW Wishlist is used solely to help us gauge customer interest in potential inventory purchases.
Manufacturer Allocation
Certain products from Games Workshop and other suppliers may be subject to allocation limits, supply shortages, or release restrictions. Even if we choose to stock a product based on wishlist interest, we cannot guarantee that sufficient inventory will be available to fulfill all customer demand.
Promotional Discount Code
As a courtesy, customers who submit interest through the GW Wishlist may receive a promotional discount code.
- The discount code does not guarantee product availability.
- Discount codes may be single-use and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Codes have no cash value.
- Codes may not be transferred, resold, or publicly distributed.
- We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or revoke discount codes at any time in cases of misuse, error, or policy conflicts.
Discount codes may exclude certain products, including limited-release or allocation-restricted items, at our discretion.
No Obligation to Purchase
Submission to the GW Wishlist does not obligate the customer to make a purchase, nor does it obligate Cloud City Games to stock or supply the product.
7. Sell Appointments / Trade-Ins
Customers booking appointments to sell or trade items to Cloud City Games acknowledge:
- All purchase offers are made at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse any items for any reason.
- Customers must be the lawful owner of all items offered.
- Items must not be stolen, counterfeit, or encumbered.
Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Any price estimates provided prior to inspection are preliminary and may change upon evaluation.
Payment may be issued in cash, store credit, or other agreed form at our discretion.
We reserve the right to report suspected stolen property to appropriate authorities.
8. Used Products and Collectibles
We may sell used, pre-owned, or collectible items.
Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but may be subjective.
Minor wear, packaging imperfections, or manufacturing variations do not constitute defects.
Unless otherwise stated, used items are sold “as is.”
9. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, or damage occurring during transit.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
